The new DAIWA BG reels combine incredibly high load resistance and pulling power with smooth operation and great design.

The non-deformable HardBodyZ body made of aluminium provides excellent support for the Digigear II mechanism and optimal force transfer during towing. The ABS aluminum spool has a rubber ring in the middle, which ensures that the smooth braid does not slip under load. BG reels are finished in a special “no paint” process, thanks to which even with intensive use, the paint will not start to come off the body. The crank is firmly embedded in the body to withstand heavy overloads during sea fishing. Models from size 4500 are ideal for pilker fishing and uncompromising catfish hunting.
