Composition

Omega-3 Total lemon (200ml): Natural fish oil (80%), olive oil (19%), lemon oil, mixed and d-α-tocopherols, cholecalciferol. Dietary supplement with (mono and poly-) unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins D3 and E.

Admission

The recommended daily dose is 8 ml, which is about 1 tablespoon. For optimal absorption in the body, it is recommended to take the oil in combination with (or immediately after) a meal.
