Ingredients: 71 % fish collagen; capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylcellulose)]; 3 % sodium hyaluronate; 3 % vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids); 1 % coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone); 0,3 % vitamin A (retinyl acetate). The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten and peanuts.

Method of use

Take 2 capsules daily with plenty of water, preferably during or immediately after a meal.

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
