The robust construction of the lift is suitable for lifting heavy cars with a total weight of up to 3,5 T, while guaranteeing high stability of the lifted vehicle.

➡ Pneumatically controlled protection

The Elpro lift uses a double protection system - both shears are equipped with pneumatic locks that automatically deactivate the protection when you press the lower button on the control panel. Thanks to this solution, the operation of the lift is faster, more convenient and above all guarantees 100% safe operation

The lift is additionally equipped with sliding ramps, increasing the lifting area by 600 mm, which allows you to easily lift both passenger cars and buses.

The lift also has an additional protection in the form of a tip, thanks to which it will automatically stop when the maximum height is reached.

Lubricants (i.e. popularly kalamitki) in the scissor lift play a very important role in maintaining the efficiency of the mechanism. Here’s how they work and how they help:

• Reduce friction – the grease layer separates metal surfaces.
• Protects against wear – grease reduces abrasion and extends the life of pins, bushings and bearings.
• They protect against corrosion – fresh grease pushes out moisture and dirt.
• Improve the smoothness of work – the lift rises and lowers without jams.
• They facilitate service – instead of disassembling the mechanism, it is enough to feed the grease through the calamite.

Regular lubrication by calamites is the key to safe and long-term operation of the lift

comfortable and easy-to-read console with a control panel located at the height of the belt, so that you can control the lift in an easy and safe way. The lift is controlled by a safe 24V voltage from the external control box.

The lift also has several additional functions so that you can feel safe and confident while working : there is an emergency switch on the desktop, allowing you to immediately stop the lift in a dangerous situation, the warning beacon starts when the vehicle is lowered. In addition, the limit switch stops the lift when it reaches its maximum height.

Po lowering the lift to the floor level does not have any protruding elements, which facilitates the movement of vehicles and pedestrians in the workshop. All lifts have valid CE certificate and meet the necessary requirements for registration with the Office of Technical Inspection. We have all standardized parts for our lifts, consumables, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components.

➡ Preparation of the substrate

The lift should be mounted at a safe distance from the walls - at least 600 mm, while the room should be at least 4000 mm high. Detailed information on the preparation of the installation and the substrate for the installation of the lift can be found in the instruction manual attached to the auction.
