The unique RAPID TECH technology measures blood pressure from the pumping stage of the cuff, increasing comfort and reducing waiting time for the measurement result.

How to measure pressure correctly?

Measure pressure at least one hour after a meal

It is recommended to keep at least 1 hour between meals, coffee, tea and pressure measurement. Wait a few hours after physical activity and 30 minutes after smoking.

5 minutes rest

Measure the pressure in a quiet room, in a comfortable position. Back supported by chair back, legs not crossed. You should not talk during the measurement.

Properly putting on the cuff

The cuff should be placed 2 cm from the bend of the hand, the tube should be placed on the artery, at the height of the heart, and the hand stably supported.

Systematic pressure measurements

The pressure should be measured on the same arm and at the same time of day. Measurement values will be different at different times of the day.

Comfortable clothing

Tight clothing, compression arm can affect the result of pressure measurement. The cuff should be placed directly on the hand.

Average of 3 measurements

It is recommended to perform 3 pressure measurements sequentially. The average of their values is the most reliable and this value should be taken into account.

Usage:

• When the blood pressure monitor is off, press the START/STOP button to turn it on and start measuring.
• Press the START/STOP button to turn off the power. If we do not do this, the device will turn off after 1 minute.
