Iso Whey Zero is a protein supplement based on whey protein isolate with very high purity and protein content. Thanks to cross-flow microfiltration (CFM) technology, natural protein fractions were preserved and fat and sugar content were reduced to almost zero. How to use Iso Whey Zero?
Mix 25 g of powder with 200 – 350 ml of water or milk. It is best to eat in the morning on an empty stomach and after training. On non-workout days, you can take one serving in the morning and another during the day, e.g. before bedtime. The dose can be adjusted individually (30 to 50 g), depending on your needs.
Contraindications
