Protection against UV radiation
UV radiation occurs throughout the year and carries both positive and negative effects on our body. Staying in the sun improves overall well-being, has an antidepressant effect. Solar radiation affects the production of serotonin (the hormone of happiness), and is also responsible for the production of vitamin D3 by the body.
As you know, everything is good in moderation. Prolonged spending time in the sun can lead to sunburn, erythema, exfoliation of the epidermis.
