Vitamin E-1000 from NOW Foods is distinguished by a high content of active ingredients, thanks to which it covers vitamin E deficiencies in the body. In one gel capsule there are as many as 1000 IU of vitamin E, which is often called the "vitamin of youth".

Vitamin E is one of the most powerful antioxidants (antioxidants). It can neutralize free radicals, thanks to which it protects the body against aging. It also protects against destruction of the epidermis and reduces its susceptibility to UV radiation [1]. It counteracts the oxidation of vitamin A, lipids and polyunsaturated fatty acids [2].

Vitamin E has a positive effect on the circulatory system. Strengthens and tones vessels. It also reduces blood clotting [1]. Vitamin E also counteracts the formation and development of atherosclerosis. It may also limit the development of cancer [1, 2]. Vitamin E deficiency in the body may increase the risk of neurological, cardiovascular, infection and inflammatory processes [1].
