Vitamin D - supports bone growth and development in children. It helps in the proper functioning of the immune system and muscles. Effect on the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from the gastrointestinal tract.

Children from 6. Year of age: 1 capsule per day.

Young people and children from 11. year of life and adults, including pregnant and breastfeeding women: 1-2 capsules a day.
