Effects of Vitamin D3 + K2 MK-7

Action of Vitamin D3:

- supports the proper absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus,

- helps maintain healthy bones and teeth,

Action of Vitamin K2 MK-7:

Vitamin D3 in combination with K2 MK-7 is a unique vitamin complex that should be taken in this combination because the lack of vitamin D3 causes ineffective action of K2. In other words, regardless of the amount of vitamin K2 obtained either from dietary supplements or from food, only in combination with D3 it gives the desired results. Why vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7 because it is the form best absorbed by the body, which does not allow the formation of the so-called. calcium paradox (excess calcium in the arteries while lacking in the bones).

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance for consumption during the day. The supplement is intended only for healthy people under 75 years of age. People taking medicines should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with your doctor or pharmacist. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). The product cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. 25-(OH)D and Ca should be periodically determined especially with long-term use.

1 capsule every 5 days. It is important to follow a balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Recommended daily intake of 2000 IU of vitamin D for people under 75 years of age. There may be natural color differences in the product. The moisture absorber placed inside the jar serves to maintain the freshness of the product and is inedible. It should be stored in a jar.
