It is also involved in the proper absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, helping to maintain adequate levels of calcium in the blood.
What does vitamin D Olini contain?
Vitamin D Olini has a simple composition. Contains only 4 ingredients:
- vitamin D
- MCT oil
- natural lemon flavour
- mixture of tocopherols (antioxidant)
In our supplement, we used cholecalciferol – vitamin D of plant origin, obtained from pine phytosterols.
The carrier of vitamin D in our supplement is MCT oil. It is neutral in taste and is distinguished by high stability and lower susceptibility to oxidation (compared to polyunsaturated fats), thanks to which it rancids more slowly under the influence of oxygen.
The natural lemon aroma gives each drop a subtle, citrusy note. This makes daily supplementation a pleasant part of the day.
How to use Vitamin D Olini?
Recommended daily dose of vitamin D Olini:
- for healthy adults up to 75 years old:
1 dose from pump – 2000 IU (50 μg), or 1000% RWS
- for healthy seniors over 75 years old:
2 doses from the pump – 4000 IU (100 μg), or 2000% RWS
