NOW Foods Ascorbyl Palmitate is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules providing ascorbyl palmitate. Ascorbyl palmitate is a stable form of vitamin C in which ascorbic acid is esterified with palmitic acid to form an ester. This form of vitamin C is characterized by the fact that it is fat-soluble, which can facilitate its absorption by the body.
Vitamin C is extremely important for the proper functioning of the body, playing a role in collagen production, iron absorption, supporting the immune system and antioxidant activity.
Suggested dosage:
Take one capsule 1 to 2 times a day, preferably with a meal.
Composition:
Vitamin C (from ascorbyl palmitate) - 200 mg
Ascorbyl palmitate - 500 mg
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), rice flour, stearic acid (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.
