Dietary supplement Vitamin C OPTIMAL is a unique composition of 4 forms of Vitamin C, enriched with citrus bioflavonoids, rutin and quercetin. The combination of vitamin C with these ingredients is not accidental. In a similar environment, vitamin C occurs naturally in fruits, which significantly improves the effectiveness of its action, because the complex of L-ascorbic acid and flavonoids has a synergistic effect.

Thanks to the presence of ascorbates next to L-ascorbic acid, vitamin C contained in the product takes a buffered form, which means high bioavailability and lower risk of stomach irritation compared to traditional vitamin C, taken in the form of L-ascorbic acid itself. In addition, thanks to the use of calcium and magnesium ascorbates, supplementation does not provide sodium, the supply of which in the daily diet is already too high.

The product also uses a fourth, less common form of vitamin C, i.e. ascorbyl palmitate. This esterified form of ascorbic acid is characterized by low polarity. Thanks to this, it dissolves very well in fats and easily penetrates lipid membranes, so it can be efficiently and effectively distributed to the body's tissues.

Vitamin C OPTIMAL is not only the optimal proportions of appropriate forms of vitamin C, but also the optimal dosage. The capsule, which contains a total of 250 mg of the active form of vitamin C, dosed 4 times a day ensures a continuous supply of vitamin C at a constant level. The moderate vitamin content of 1 capsule and the small size of the capsule also make the product recommended for children.
