MK-7 Vitamin K-2 by NOW Foods contains 100mcg MK7 in one capsule. It is a highly bioavailable form of vitamin K-2. Vitamin K plays a key role in blood clotting. In recent years, however, it has been found that it also affects a number of other important bodily functions. K-2 is responsible for the course of calcium metabolism in the body. Thanks to this, it ensures proper mineralization of bones and teeth.
