K2-Vitum forte is the only vitamin K2 on the market dissolved in unrefined, cold-pressed linseed oil. K2-Vitum forte capsules contain vitamin K2 - menaquinone-7 (MK-7). Our body is not able to produce vitamin K2 on its own, which is why supplementing the demand for vitamin K2 takes place through diet, to a lesser extent also during the synthesis carried out by intestinal bacteria.

Effects of vitamin K

Bone tissue is a dynamic structure that is constantly undergoing remodeling processes. One of our bone cells (osteoclasts) break down bone tissue to release calcium. The task of other osteoblast bone cells is to create new bone tissue by incorporation i.a. calcium to the bone. It is important to maintain a balance between these two processes, especially because with age there is an increase in the process of bone tissue decomposition. In order to maintain the balance of bone metabolism, supplementation with diet of appropriate ingredients can be used. It is vitamin K that helps maintain healthy bones, because it participates in the process of incorporation of calcium into bone tissue.

Application: The preparation is recommended for adults to supplement their diet with vitamin K2.

Recommended use: adults – 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Maintaining proper health requires balanced nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
