Vitamin K2 MK-7 from Jarrow is a supplement that supports the proper functioning of the body. It is an excellent source of vitamin K with high bioavailability.

Vitamin K is not one vitamin but a family of fat-soluble vitamins. Although they have a similar chemical structure, they differ in metabolic properties. K2 belongs to a group of vitamin K compounds called menaquinones, which show greater bioactivity compared to K1 (the usual form of supplementation). K2 is better absorbed and stays in the body longer. It also better supports the carboxylation of specific proteins needed to build bones and support cardiovascular health.

Jarrow’s K2 MK-7 is naturally produced by fermentation by Bacillus subtilis subsp. natto.
