The multifunctionality – from chopping to mixing to a uniform mass – of the device is due to the speed adjustment (1100-2800 rpm. /min) to the desired starting consistency. This allows you to process different types of products, e.g. friction and blending of raw vegetables, making purée or filling for dumplings, as well as pastes, purees or concentrates.

The high efficiency of the electric shredder was achieved thanks to the 1200 W high-power motor, which shortens the cutting time. Fast work is additionally improved by four wide knives with serrated blades located at different heights. The range covers the entire bowl, which increases the precision of operation of the equipment from Royal Catering. The working cycle of the shredder is 3 minutes, after which you need to take a 10-minute break (if the shredder turns off, you need to disconnect it from the power source, and then connect it again).

The simple operation of the RCKC-12000 is due to the uncomplicated control panel. In addition to the switch and switch, there is also a knob on it to adjust the speed of the blades. With two clamps at the bottom and a rotating lever, you can easily secure the shredder container.

Safety is one of the advantages of the shredder. Knives do not rotate when the lid has been improperly attached to the bowl or when the rotating lever has not pressed the container. Even when the shredder is working, trying to move the bar will stop the blades. Rubber feet prevent sliding even when operating at the highest speed.
