Attention!

Installation of the lock is quite difficult and should be undertaken by a person who is an experienced DIYer and has a fairly well-equipped workshop.

Hinge disassembly/assembly instructions

To replace the hinge, you must:

1. Drill the rivets fixing the hinge from the inside of the rack and push the rivets out
2. Drill the rivet in the substring cylinder (from the inside), push the rivet out
3. Lower the cylinder with the substring in the structure
4. The hinge can already be removed from the trolley structure
5. Hinge installation in reverse order

In some very narrow structures, trolley frames (semi-flat, embossed profiles) the same hinge is used, but it must be prepared for assembly.

As a rule, it is enough to ream the fixing holes, which are a little wider than the hinge design.

Sometimes you need to sand the edges of the hinge so that you can slide the hinge into the frame profile.
