Koniczynka Dicotex 202 SL Twój Ogród 500 ml is a selective herbicide designed to control dicotyledonous weeds in lawns. The preparation is applied foliar, directly on the leaves of weeds, after prior dilution with water.

The agent contains 4 active substances: 2,4-D, MCPA, mekoprop-P and dicamba. It works systemically – it is taken up by weed leaves, and then moves in the plant, causing deformation, growth inhibition, dwarfing, chlorosis, necrosis and gradual drying of weeds.

It is a good choice for a lawn with the problem of white horse, dandelion, glaucoma, field daisy and plantain.

Why is it worth using in summer?

In summer, lawns are intensively used, mowed and watered, and dicotyledonous weeds quickly use free space in the turf. Conicine, dandelion, glaucoma, daisy and plantain can compete with grass for water, light and nutrients.

The Dicotex 202 SL is suitable for the summer season when weeds are in active growth. The treatment is best performed at a moderate temperature, on a dry lawn, without drought, strong wind and announced rain.

In summer, it is particularly important to observe the conditions of use: do not use the product at temperatures below 10°C and above 25°C, do not spray a wet, sick, dry or weakened lawn.

Koniczynka Dicotex 202 SL 500 ml is a herbicide designed for lawns where dicotyledonous weeds appear. The product helps to reduce weed infestation and improve the appearance of turf.

The preparation is selective, so it is applied to the lawn according to the label. Spraying is performed on the leaves of weeds, preferably when undesirable plants grow intensively.

For white clover

White clover is one of the most common weeds in lawns. It quickly grows on the surface, forms compact pies and can gradually displace grass.

Dicotex 202 SL clover is designed to combat white clover in the lawn. The treatment should be performed when the weeds are young and have the right leaf surface to take the center.

For dandelion, glaucoma and daisy

The preparation also works on other dicotyledonous weeds typical of lawns. This applies to m.in. dandelion, breeding glaucoma and field daisy.

These weeds worsen the appearance of the turf, form leaf rosettes, grow between blades of grass and can weaken the turf by competing for water and nutrients.

Systemic action

The agent works foliar and systemically. After spraying, it is taken up by weed leaves, and then moves inside the plant.

The first signs of action may be visible after a few days. The process of weed death occurs after about 7 days from application, depending on weather conditions and the development phase of weeds.

The formula contains four active substances: 2,4-D, MCPA, mekoprop-P and dicamba. This combination supports the control of selected dicotyledonous weeds found in lawns.

The agent is best used when weeds are in the phase from seedling to 6 proper leaves. During this period, weeds are active and better take the preparation through the leaves.
