4. Then it is a massage of the cheeks and nose – its back and wings, on which you should move the roller from the tip to the root, extending movements to the forehead.
5. Massage around the eyes start from the inner corner and head towards the outer.
6. Finally, the forehead, which we massage from the inside to the very root of the hair and ears.

How much time should I spend on each part of my face?

Rely on your own sense of whether the skin is already optimally relaxed or not. Move the roller smoothly and always in one direction. This movement from the center of the face to the outside allows you to “push” toxins towards the lymph nodes. Also, be careful not to push the roller too hard.
