How to use

Do not press too hard on the roller, the massage is supposed to be a pleasure! If you want to start with a facial massage, massage from the center of the chin, moving from the jaw to the ear. Make sure you always move the roll up. Then you can go to your mouth, where you simply cross them from right to left. Then place the roller with one massage head in the corner of the mouth and the other to the edge of the nose. Here again massage all the way to the ear, pulling on the cheekbone. When it comes to the under-eye area, try changing the pressure of the massage from nose to ear. Again, follow the “upward” principle. Massage the eyebrow area with pressure from the base of the nose. Start massaging your forehead from the root of your nose up. Continue this way on the sides of the forehead. In the same way, you can massage any part of the body, e.g. neck, shoulders, abdomen, breasts, hips, calves. Since the massage heads are quite large, you can massage even larger muscles such as thighs. After the massage, clean the heads with a cosmetic towel.

Our tip: When pressing, try to hold the device more perpendicular to the skin and vice versa, when pulling, almost place the device on the skin.
