UP FLOW regeneration technology and DFLR flow distribution system (Deflector)

This technology ensures even distribution of water flow during regeneration, increasing the efficiency of the entire process, improving the stability of the device and extending the life of the ion exchange bed.

The softeners of the HYDRO TECHNIC OPTIMA series use a modern countercurrent regeneration system UP FLOW, in which the brine solution flows from the bottom of the bed upwards. This solution allows for more efficient use of the working surface of the ion exchange resin, ensures more accurate regeneration of the entire deposit and reduces salt and water consumption.

During the regeneration process, the DFLR (Deflector) system is responsible for optimal and even distribution of flow inside the column. Reduces the risk of flow channels (so-called. channeling), thanks to which the entire volume of resin is involved in regeneration. The result is more effective renewal of the deposit, more stable operation of the device and maintaining high efficiency throughout its service life.

The HYDRO TECHNIC 32 OPTIMA works fully automatically, without any user intervention. The intelligent softener HYDRO TECHNIC 32 OPTIMA will start the process of regeneration of the deposit itself, then it will switch to the operating mode itself. In the event that the softener is missing salt, the control computer will notify the user by turning on the alarm signal.

Holiday mode, like the entire regeneration process, works automatically and does not require any interference from the user. It is performed in order to periodically flush the deposit when the device is not working cyclically.

Water softeners as standard are offered with the original BY-PASS valve, with which maintenance work can be carried out without blocking the supply of raw water to the installation.
