ALPINA SUPRA M is a modern, fully automatic premium water softener with a monospheric LEWATIT bed. Designed and manufactured by a Polish manufacturer, POLAQUA GROUP from Poznań. It is a solution for demanding users who expect not only effective removal of water hardness, but above all durability, reliability and high quality of each element of the system.

Already at the design stage, the focus was on high quality components throughout the system – from the control head, through the pressure cylinder, to the applied bed. Thanks to this, the ALPINA SUPRA M series are devices that not only work effectively, but also maintain their efficiency for many years of use.

The system is covered by extended manufacturer protection, covering up to 10 years for selected components, counted from the actual date of sale. The user has the ability to self-assemble and configure without losing warranty rights, which distinguishes this product from many competing solutions.

Extended manufacturer protection includes:

• 4 years for the control head,
• 10 years for pressure cylinder and housing,
• 8 years for an ion exchange bed.

*protection is counted from the real date of sale, not the storage period, and you can do the assembly and programming of the device yourself without losing it. Extended protection applies in the case of installation of a system for tap water and application in the form of protection of a mechanical filter, there is no purchase made for the company.

The device is equipped with professional and trouble-free control valve BNT1650F, which has been used for years in installations requiring stable and predictable operation. Intelligent control system based on volumetric water meter. The BNT1650F control valve continuously analyzes water consumption and automatically initiates the regeneration process exactly when it is needed. Thanks to this, the device works in a fully optimized way – without unnecessary losses of water and salt, while ensuring a constant quality of softened water.
