PURSANIT CER resin is a polystyrene highly acidic cationic resin with a gel structure. Cationite on the basis of ion exchange replaces ions causing water hardness, i.e. calcium and magnesium for sodium ions. After the ion exchange capacity has run out, the resin must be regenerated with a solution of sodium chloride.

The resin has a PZH certificate for contact with drinking water number HK/W/0116/01/2011.

The deposit should be replaced after 5 - 10 years of operation.
