Aquafit Aquairon is an excellent solution for residential buildings, farms and production plants that are supplied with water from their own intakes, where there is notoriously a problem with significantly exceeding the standards of iron and manganese content. The device is adapted to work with a hydrophore, thanks to which we do not incur additional financial expenses for the purchase of further devices. It is equipped with an RX head, so you can use your device economically, and regeneration will take place automatically, which will save you time and money.

Water treatment is carried out through its flow through properly selected layers of a special deposit. After reaching the ion exchange capacity of the deposit, the device will automatically carry out its regeneration using a solution of potassium permanganate (KMnO4) prepared earlier in an additional tank. Thanks to this, there will be oxidation and precipitation of hardly soluble iron, manganese and sulfur compounds on the surface of the deposit. Quick flushing is designed to remove these products from the cylinder. After the regeneration process, the device again regains the ability to absorb impurities.

Note, a pre-filter must be installed before the iron remover.

Catalytic mass is used to remove iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide from deep water and surface waters. The mass is made from glauconite and removes iron through a combination of oxidation and filtration. The degree of removal and viability depend on regeneration with a weak solution of potassium permanganate KMno4. The advantage of the GREENSAND deposit is the possibility of using it in installations without aeration. For the regeneration of the deposit, a solution of potassium permanganate KMnO4 is used.

The head is constructed in modern and ultra-durable technology of rotating ceramic discs. These elements are extremely resistant to corrosion and abrasion, and also prevent the deposition of impurities and tarnishes from iron inside the head. This ensures effective sealing and trouble-free, long-term and economical operation of the most important element of the water treatment plant.

The modern and transparent LCD display automatically adjusts the operating parameters of the device to the water quality in a given place. This saves time and money for each user. Thanks to this solution, you do not have to be a professional to have a properly programmed station and operate it in the most economical way.

The frequency of regeneration of the device depends on the level of exceeding the iron and manganese norm and the amount of water consumed in the household. The exact calculation of this parameter depends on the results of water tests that can be carried out in any laboratory or commissioned to us.
