KEY INFORMATION:

⚫ Remember to vent the filter before installation! Unwrap the new filter and soak it in water upside down until it takes on water and starts to sink. Only when it starts to sink does it mean that it is vented and can be mounted.

⚫ Do you have a new filter, and after its activation, dark, cloudy water flies? Relax, this phenomenon is completely natural, and activated carbon molecules are responsible for them so you should not be afraid of it! Simply rinse the filter under running water and the coloration will disappear.

⚫ Have you installed a filter? Wasn't it used? Replace it with a new one! Filter installed in the machine, which was not used for approx. 2 weeks, should be replaced with a new one.

⚫ Don't forget to replace the filters! In order to keep the water at a high level, it is recommended to replace the filter every approx. two months or approx. 50 l. water (approx. 250 cups of coffee with a capacity of 200 ml) passed through the coffee maker, whichever comes faster.
