The MAGNUM ISY 250B beveller is a portable device powered by a 1000W electric motor powered by a 230V mains. Designed for planning, beveling and calibrating pipe edges in order to prepare them for welding.

The operations listed above can be performed sequentially or simultaneously with knives made of HSS steel. The beveller is clamped inside the pipe to be machined by expanding jaws, which allow for a secure self-centering and coaxial fixation of the machine in the pipe. The mandrel of the device is equipped with replaceable jaws that adjust the clamping range to the inner diameter of the pipe. The jaws and adapter blocks allow the ISY 250B beveller to be mounted on pipes with an inside diameter of 95 to 240 mm .
