The Gorenje VS110BE vacuum packaging machine helps to extend the freshness of food up to 5 times, protecting the taste and aroma with airtight suction and a seal length of up to 300 mm. The device combines simple, intuitive operation with modes for dry and moist products, which is why it is great for portioning meats, fish, cheeses or ready meals. It is also a practical choice for pickling, quick pickling and preparing sous‑vide dishes – at home, without unnecessary losses and messes.

 

Built-in cutter and roll storage

The built-in cutter allows you to cut the bag exactly to the size you need, so you don't waste foil and save money. The roll with foil fits inside the case, so you have everything at hand – from cut-off to welding, you are literally one move away. This convenient solution makes it easy to prepare portions for freezing, storing and cooking using the sous‑vide method.

 

 

Dry/Moist modes and Seal/Vac&Seal function

Match the process to the type of product: The "Dry" mode is ideal for dry ingredients, and the "Moist" ensures delicate dishes with juice or marinade. You can choose from welding alone (“Seal”) or a full air extraction and welding cycle (“Vac&Seal”), and the “Stop” button allows you to stop the process at any time. With a pressure of up to 750 mbar and a power of 110 W, the device quickly creates a strong, tight seal.

QuickLock and intuitive touch controls

The QuickLock mechanism simplifies operation – just press the lid to hear the click and lock it securely, and when finished, it is just as easy to release. The panel with backlit buttons is easy to read, allowing you to conveniently switch modes and control the packing process.
