BlackVue DR770X-1CH II is a single-channel recorder with “cloud” function, equipped with Sony STARVIS™ matrix for excellent image quality in all lighting conditions.

The DR770X-1CH II is also equipped with an integrated GPS, Wi-Fi and parking mode with car battery protection during standstill.

Access to cloud functions can be realized both through an external Wi-Fi hot spot and a cable Internet module BlackVue CM100GLTE.

The BlackVue application available for Android and iOS is used to download and view recordings and fully operate the camera.

The integrated power cut-off system protects the vehicle battery from discharge during operation of the recorder in “parking” mode.

✅ Possibility to connect an additional camera

BlackVue DR770X-1CH II is equipped with a socket for connecting a second camera and expanding the set to a two-channel version.

✅ Power supply in parking mode

Direct power supply: the recorder will switch to "parking" mode when the vehicle ignition is turned off. In order to protect the battery from excessive discharge, the camera will automatically disconnect from the power supply after a certain time or in the event of a drop in the supply voltage. Running this function requires the use of a three-core power cord (wire included). The time after which the device disconnects from the power supply or the voltage threshold at which it occurs can be determined by the user using the BlackVue Application.

Power supply via powerbank: each BlackVue recorder of the DR770X series is compatible with BlackVue Power Magic Battery Pack B-112 and BlackVuePower Magic Ultra Battery B-130A batteries. The use of power banks during the operation of the recorder in the "parking" mode will allow you to power the camera bypassing the vehicle battery, allowing it to be protected more effectively.

✅ GPS, Wi-Fi and optional LTE

GPS: allows you to read the speed and visualizes the position of the vehicle on the map during recording playback.

Wi-Fi: provides wireless camera connectivity to your smartphone or tablet, allowing you to view saved files, view "live" or change the operating parameters of the recorder. The Wi-Fi function can also be used to connect to an internet router to take advantage of all the capabilities of the “Cloud” function.

LTE: connected optionally cable LTE module will allow you to use all the amenities of the "Cloud" function.

The process of pairing the camera with the “BlackVue” application is extremely easy. Just start the recorder and then follow the displayed instructions. Regardless of whether the user wants to review the camera records, change its settings or use the “Cloud” option, the intuitive pairing method will allow them to perform these operations quickly and efficiently.

✅Security of writing

Protection of files against overwriting: the camera records in the so-called. loop - when the memory is full, the oldest files are replaced with new ones. Any material recorded in “event” mode (as a result of starting the shock sensor) will be saved in a folder protected against overwriting. The capacity of such a folder is max. 50 files. After filling it, you can allow the overwriting of recordings placed in it or close the folder to secure the materials contained in it.

Adaptive file management system: The file management system used in BlackVue improves the stability of registration, limits the required formatting frequency of the micro SD card, and allows you to make changes in the quality of writing.

Notification of damage to the micro SD card: in case of problems with the functioning of the micro SD card, the recorder will immediately detect an abnormality and generate a voice message with appropriate information.

Speaker: The camera will generate voice notifications regarding the switching on or off of individual functions, modes of recording the connection and disconnection of power.

Motion and shock sensor: shock and motion sensors integrated with the recorder will automatically switch the camera to the correct recording mode: normal – while driving, parking – when the motion sensor detects movement in front of the camera lens, event – when driving or stopping, when the shock sensor registers an overload, e.g. at the time of a road collision. Files with recorded material will be marked according to the mode in which they were saved, so that finding them on the memory card will be easy and quick.

Both the BlackVue application and the BlackVue Viewer allow you to read additional driving parameters saved by the recorder, such as the speed and position of the vehicle on the map. The browser also allows you to determine the GPS position according to the coordinates, recreate the trace of the route traveled and read the graphs from the shock sensor. The browser is available for Windows and Mac OS. The mobile application works with Android and iOS operating systems.

BlackVue Cloud – a feature that allows the user to connect to the camera at any time and from anywhere. With BlackVue Cloud, the user has the ability to view live registrations, receive notifications about specific events (e.g. Impacting the vehicle, detecting movement in front of the camera lens), creating copies of files and storing them in the cloud space, downloading and playing files from the recorder’s memory, as well as two-way voice communication with people who are currently in the vehicle.

The recording at 60 frames per second ensures that the recorded image maintains a high level of sharpness, and all details are perfectly visible. The difference between the recording at 60 fps and 30 fps is all the more noticeable the higher the vehicle speed.

Note: higher image quality settings increase the file size, thereby extending the data transfer time via Wi-Fi or BlackVue Cloud.

✅ Two options for parking mode

Registration in parking mode can take place in one of two available options:

Shock and motion detection:

Triggering the recording will cause motion detected in front of the lens of any of the cameras or overload of adequate strength. With recording caching, the camera will record 10 seconds of footage before the recording trigger event. In order to reduce the risk of recording unwanted recordings, the user can individually determine the sensitivity of shock and motion sensors, as well as select areas that will trigger recording caused by motion detection.

Time-lapse mode:

The camera captures and saves images at a rate of 1 frame per second, while playback occurs at a rate of 30 frames per second. Thus, a 1-minute video file contains 30 minutes of footage in real time. Thanks to this solution, approx. can be saved on a 64GB micro SD card. 108 hours of material (at highest quality settings).

✅ Voice notifications for parking mode

After exiting the “parking” mode, if recordings have been saved in this mode, the recorder will generate a voice notification.

✅ Automatic restart

In order to ensure the stability of its operation, the recorder will automatically restart once every 24 hours. Restart will only occur if the camera is in “parking” mode and does not save data to the micro SD card.
