Why can't I pair the baby camera and monitor?

1. Make sure the camera is on and the monitor has a fully charged battery. If not, charge it in a timely manner.

2. Keep the camera and monitor at a distance of up to 1 m from each other, then press and hold the Pair button on the camera and press the OK button on the screen when you hear the “Di” sound to start pairing.

Why does a baby monitor with a camera make sounds?

1. The camera and monitor may be too close together. It is recommended that the distance between them is at least 1,5 meters.

2. The monitor volume may be too high. Press the volume button on the monitor and reduce the volume of the screen sound.

Does the speaker function in the baby monitor without Wi-Fi not work?

1. Check if the monitor sound is on: Press the speaker settings on the monitor, then click the UP button to adjust the volume.

2. Check if the camera microphone is on: camera settings in the app -> advanced settings -> turn on the microphone.

Why can't I change settings like time and date?

In the absence of an Internet connection, you can manually set the date and time or the monitor will sync automatically.

1. Make sure the network is stable and the time zone of the phone is correct.

2. Go to Advanced Settings — OSD Time Format — adjust the mode.

Why doesn't the monitor turn on even after charging?

1. Replace the power cable/plug/socket for charging.

2. Charge your monitor fully for 8 hours with a Type-C power cable.

3. The flashing blue LED means that the battery is fully charged.

4. Press the power button for 5 seconds to turn on the monitor.
