The trampoline was designed and manufactured based on current safety requirements. Meets EN71-14:2018 standard. The durable inner mesh protects children from falling out, and the sturdy construction ensures stability.

✨ Important information about the installation of the 16FT✨ trampoline

To ensure proper operation of the trampoline and durability of the structure, it is necessary to maintain the correct order of assembly. The trampoline mat after fixing the springs is under very high tension. If the springs are fitted unilaterally or in the wrong order, an uneven load on the rack is created, which can lead to its deformation during assembly.

In order to avoid point overloads of the structure, the assembly should be carried out in a way that ensures even distribution of forces around the perimeter of the trampoline.

Recommended assembly order

1. Assemble the trampoline frame in its entirety.

Before installing the mat, make sure that all elements of the structure are properly connected and set on a stable and even ground.

2. Spread the jumping mat.

3. Attach the first springs at opposite points.

Start the assembly by putting the first springs on the cross, at points corresponding to the hours on the clock face:

• 12 ↔ 6
• 3 ↔ 9

Then mount the next springs diagonally (on the "X"), always opposite each other:

• 2 ↔ 8
• 4 ↔ 10
• 1 ↔ 7
• 5 ↔ 11

Thanks to this, the mat will be evenly tensioned at the initial stage of installation.

4. Assembly the remaining springs alternately on opposite sides of the trampoline.

Gradually fill the free spaces between already installed springs.

After attaching one spring, go to the opposite side of the trampoline and mount the next one. Continue to install in the same way until all springs are attached.

This method of installation allows to gradually and evenly increase the tension of the mat, thanks to which the forces acting on the structure are evenly distributed over the entire frame and minimize the risk of deformation of structural elements.
