The Porsche Junior Seat i-Size is suitable for children from 100 cm to 150 cm tall. The child seat is attached by means of an ISOFIX system or a car seat belt. The Porsche Junior Seat i-Size can be used as a booster seat without backrest provided that the child is between 135 cm and 150 cm tall. The elevation shall be secured by means of a 3-point belt or ISOFIX system in combination with a 3-point belt. Porsche recommends using the backrest because it provides optimal protection for your child in the event of a side impact. The i-Size Regulation provides even greater child safety thanks to better head and neck protection in the event of a side and frontal collision, as well as the obligation to rear-facing seat for children up to 15. month of age. The classification according to height in centimeters makes it easier to choose the right seat and replaces the previous classification in kilograms. i-Size seats are compatible with the ISOFIX attachment system, which creates a rigid connection between the body and the seat and minimizes the risk of improper installation.
