How to adjust the bar (assembly) – what to look for:
- Adjust the length to the width of the frame.
- Spin the ends until the bar firmly jams into the door frame.
- Make sure the surface is hard, dry and clean.
- Check the stability before each workout – pull the bar slightly.
- Do not mount on delicate door frames or narrow door frames.
✅ Recommended installation with 10% length – the bar should be unscrewed by max. 90% adjustment range to maintain optimal downforce and safety.
Requirements for the mounting surface:
- Stable and hard ground – preferably masonry walls, concrete or solid door frames.
- No cracks or soft materials – do not install in cardboard-gypsum walls or in weak, thin frames.
