New model of universal OBD2 diagnostic scanner from 2026 in Bluetooth version, equipped with key generator 2021.11 and software package 2020.23 Vd CDD, fully compatible with TNESF, ORPDC and DELPHIS. The device enables specific brand diagnostics of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles since 1988 – in total it supports 47 brands. With the TRUCKS package, you can diagnose light and heavy commercial vehicles, buses and trailers from 1995, serving 37 truck brands. It has full EOBD/OBDII communication and advanced multiplexer function with support for 2xHS CAN, SW CAN, K/L, VPW, PWM, RS485, TTL and SPI. It diagnoses all key vehicle systems: engine, ignition, air conditioning, ABS, SRS, immobilizer, instrument cluster, comfort system and gearbox, and enables service reset. Equipped with an aviation recorder function to record parameters in real time while driving, a multi-color LED indicator informing about the status of diagnostics and a 16-pin connector with an LED light for easy location of the diagnostic socket in dark places. Automatically checks battery voltage, adjusts to 12V and 24V, and alerts you in light and sound at incorrect voltage. Intelligent scanning of ISS systems and automatic identification of ISI controllers, reading of chassis VIN number and function of generating diagnostic reports are available. It supports as many as 18 European languages, works with Windows XP, WIN7, WIN8, WIN10 and WIN11 operating systems (only with software version 2021.11). Dedicated adapters and cables are available for vehicle diagnostics without a standard 16-pin socket.

The device works only with Windows XP, WIN7, WIN8, WIN10, WIN11; WIN11 version only with 2021.11 software, do not use with incompatible systems to avoid damage. The scanner automatically adjusts to 12V/24V voltage, do not connect to voltages outside this range – this threatens to damage the device and car installation. Do not disassemble the housing yourself, do not modify the internal elements, this will result in loss of correct operation and safety risk. The LED light on the connector is only used to locate the diagnostic socket, do not look directly into the LED light to protect the eyes. Store the device in a dry place, away from high moisture, extreme temperatures and strong shocks; do not use while driving the vehicle.
