Made in FDM technology from durable PETG plastic in orange color, equipped with 10 metal bushings with a diameter of 2,2 mm, guarantees high strength and resistance to wear with frequent use.
Design and functions
The template is one-piece, has an integrated positioning element, which is inserted directly into the hinge box – thanks to this, the position of the guide on the body is always perfectly consistent with the position of the hinge in the front.
Enables precise drilling of mounting holes for all common hinge types:
- Applied – straight and cross guide
- Parallel – cross guide
- Recessed – cross guide
The template provides correct mounting distances, allowing full hinge adjustment when mounted. It is universal – fits most hinges available on the market, including Blum, Hettich, Häfele, GTV and other standard-sized systems.
Use
To work with the template, you only need a driver or drill with a 2 mm drill.
The template has readable markings and descriptions that make it easy to quickly set the right position and eliminate the risk of errors. Thanks to its symmetric design, it can be used both on the left and on the right of the front.
