The UJK Circle Cutting Jig is an advanced carpentry template that allows perfect milling of circles, discs and arches using a spindle milling machine. This innovative solution from the British brand UJK offers full independence and mobility when working in the workshop or directly on assembly at the customer. With its carefully thought-out design and high-quality craftsmanship, this tool ensures that every cut is accurate and repeatable.

Application:

• Precise cutting of circles and discs with a diameter of 40 mm up to 1251 mm with adjustment accuracy up to 1 mm.
• Making round recesses, decorative wheel cutters and sockets for mounting elements, such as sinks, speakers or decorative elements.
• Working with a wide range of materials, including soft and hard wood, MDF, plywood, chipboard and plastic sheets.
• Formatting arches and rounding with large radii using the stable extension arm provided in the kit.

• Universality and compatibility – the template base plate is double-sided. It has clear markings on both sides (dedicated for cutters with a diameter of 6 mm and 12 mm) allowing easy adjustment of the tool to the thickness of the material being processed.
• Clean and effortless cutting – the included full carbide spiral cutter UJK Upcut (6x22 mm) with 8mm shank perfectly wicks the chips up, which prevents edge burning and guarantees excellent finish quality.
• Modular long-range design – a stable metal extension arm allows you to quickly expand the working range without losing the rigidity of the structure and without affecting the precision of the milling machine.
• Solid materials - base plate and ruler are made of aluminum with a thickness of 8mm.
