The PRO+ midi fence block in gray is a product specifically tailored for SABKO. During its production, the main focus was on two key elements: price and quality. In collaboration with the manufacturer KONEKT, we aimed to create a block that not only maintains high quality standards but is also significantly more economical to meet the dynamic demands of the market, including inflation.

This block features popular dimensions of 40x20x20 cm, allowing it to be laid in an offset pattern or stacked directly on top of each other.

Thanks to its standard dimensions, it presents a modern look. Their multiples always guarantee optimal spacing for standard fence spans, such as 200 cm, 240 cm, or 280 cm. The precision of the dimensions allows for effortless stacking of blocks, eliminating concerns about uneven joints.

When laying over longer distances, we can be sure that the blocks will retain their exact size. It is assumed that for every 50 cm of block, about 1-2 mm is added to the weld, depending on the laying technique used by the contractor of fence blocks.

The PRO+ line, introduced in 2023 by KONEKT, has been adapted to the production of high-quality blocks, but available at an affordable price, so that the majority of in Poland can afford them. This is a response to the continuous increase in prices, where SABKO focuses on supporting local investors, enabling them to realize their dreams of their own fence. This product is made of optimal first grade materials by KONEKT for SABKO.

As for color, efforts were made to adapt to the latest trends, obtaining the right color while reducing production costs. The presented gray color was one of the most frequently chosen in 2022 according to the company's statistics.

PRO+ blocks are packaged in a cost-optimizing manner. The new packaging method involves fastening blocks on a pallet using a modern packaging line. This process is performed precisely by a robotic hand, which eliminates the need for spacers. The aim is to deliver the material intact.

The price is for an unimpregnated block. The PRO+ line is a modern production line, operating for less than 3 years, which guarantees maintaining a high standard of construction of blocks thanks to modern machines.

Packaging method PRO+:

To minimize production costs, PRO+ grey fence blocks are packed without spacers, instead tightly fastened with belts on each side, eliminating the risk of damage during transport. This method of packaging practically does not affect the structure of the blocks, and only can leave light white impressions, easy to remove with a damp cloth or rinse with water.

PRO+ Without impregnation:

PRO+ blocks in gray are dyed in mass, maintaining the characteristic appearance of concrete with small, bright pebbles. In the dry state, they become lighter, while under the influence of rain they can change color to much darker. To maintain a uniform color during precipitation, we recommend impregnating twice with impregnation.

REMEMBER! About the need to impregnate canopies to reduce the formation of limestone efflorescence. On the gray color, they can be very visible. All vibropressed elements tend to leach out lime. To prevent the formation of limestone efflorescence, it is necessary to impregnate the canopies with a special impregnation from SCHOMBURG.

Is it worth impregnating PRO+?

There are several very important reasons to impregnate the fence:

1. Impregnation unifies color. The fence has an even, more expressive color.
2. The fence does not change color during rainfall.
3. The fence is protected against dirt.
4. If we impregnate the canopies, it will significantly reduce the risk of limestone eruptions.

Impregnation of blocks is not required, but it is worth carrying it out after the concrete mixture, which has been flooded with blocks, has completely dried. Usually it is a period of 1 to 3 months from the flooding of blocks with concrete

ATTENTION!

Impregnation of the entire fence should be done at least a few months after the flooding of the blocks. The concrete inside must be completely tied and evaporated! Possible lime should be washed out.
