The PRO+ fencing block in graphite is a product that has been specially adapted to the needs of SABKO. In the process of its production, the main emphasis was placed on two key elements: price and quality. In cooperation with KONEKT, we strived to create a hollow block that not only maintains high quality standards, but is also much more economical to meet the dynamic demands of the market, including inflation.

This void has popular dimensions of 50x20x20 cm, which allows it to be laid both in the passing system and one on top of the other. Thanks to the additional chamber, the risk of cracks is reduced, even if the wrong concrete mixture is used when flooding the blocks.

Its standard dimensions make it look modern, and their multiple always guarantees an optimal distance for standard spans, such as 200 cm, 250 cm or 300 cm. In addition, the precision of dimensions allows for trouble-free stacking of blocks on top of each other, eliminating fears of unevenness in joints.

In the case of laying over longer distances, we can confidently assume that the blocks will maintain an accurate dimension. It is assumed that for every 50 cm of block, about 1-2 mm is added to the weld, depending on the laying technique used by the contractor of fence blocks.

The PRO+ line, introduced in 2023 by KONEKT, has been adapted to the production of high-quality blocks, but available at an affordable price, so that most in Poland can afford them. This is a response to the continuous increase in prices, where SABKO focuses on supporting local investors, enabling them to realize their dreams of their own fence. This product was created from optimal materials in the first grade by KONEKT for SABKO.

When it comes to color, they tried to adapt to the latest trends, obtaining the right color while reducing production costs. The presented color was the most frequently chosen in 2022 according to the company's statistics.

PRO+ blocks are packed in a inny way than others to reduce costs. The new packaging method involves fastening blocks on a pallet using a modern packaging line. This process is performed precisely by a robotic hand, which eliminates the need for spacers. The aim is to deliver the material intact.

The price is for an unimpregnated block. The PRO+ line is a modern production line, operating for less than 3 years, which guarantees maintaining a high standard of construction of blocks thanks to modern machines.

Is it worth impregnating PRO+?

There are several very important reasons to impregnate the fence:

1. Impregnation unifies color. The fence has an even more expressive color.

2. The fence does not change color during rainfall.

3. The fence is protected by dirt.

4. If we impregnate the canopies, it will significantly reduce the risk of limestone eruptions.

Impregnation of blocks is not required but it is worth doing it after the concrete mixture that has been flooded with blocks has completely dried :) Usually it is a period from 1-2 msc from flooding blocks with concrete. We do not impregnate in winter.
