Planton H is a modern, specialized, multi-component fertilizer designed to feed plants such as:

Use

Use with watering hydrangeas once a week in the period from April to July. Depending on the size of the plants, dissolve 1 or 2 full teaspoons of fertilizer in 10l of water (1g of fertilizer per 1l of water). You can also prepare the concentrate by dissolving the entire package of fertilizer in 1l of water and use 50ml of the resulting solution per 10l of water
