❤ WHY YOU SHOULD USE FLOROVIT FERTILIZER LIME

In Poland, about 70% of arable land has acidic soil, which limits the uptake of ingredients by plants. The systematic use of Florovit fertilizer lime helps to balance the pH of the soil, providing better conditions for plant growth.

⭐Fertilizer quickly improves soil pH. This enables plants to better uptake nutrients and also reduces the uptake of heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, chromium, etc.

⭐The caries contained in the soil in the presence of calcium improves the structure of the soil, and this contributes to maintaining favorable air-water relations for plants.

✅ Instructions for use:

➡ Vegetables that react badly to fresh liming include : peas, beans, carrots, parsley, celery, parsnips, tomatoes, cucumbers, and pumpkins. Soil liming for the cultivation of the above-mentioned plants should be carried out at the latest in autumn in the year preceding cultivation.

➡ Lime should not be used for acid-loving plants such as blueberries, rhododendrons, heather plants, etc.

➡ Do not use manure and lime fertilization in one year.

➡ The liming procedure should be performed at least 3-4 weeks before the planned sowing of seeds or planting of plants and before the application of other soil horticultural fertilizers.

➡ Calcium fertilizers are recommended to be used in autumn or very early spring.

➡ Granulated lime should be spread evenly over the entire fertilized surface and, if possible, mixed with the top layer of soil with a thickness of 10-20 cm.

➡ Fertilizer doses should be determined depending on the soil pH and type.

• Very acidic soils (pH soil below 5) – dose 4 to 5 kg/10m2.
• Slightly acidic soils (pH soil about 6) – dose of 1 to 2 kg/10m2.

• very light soils (pH up to 4,0) dose 4-5 kg/m2,
• light soils (pH up to 4,5) dose 5-6 kg/m2,
• medium soils (pH up to 5,0) dose 6-7 kg/m2,
• heavy soils (pH up to 5,5) dose 7-8 kg/m2.

Liming needed:

• very light soils (pH 4,1 - 4,5) dose 2-3 kg/m2,
• light soils (pH 4,6 - 5,0) dose 3-4 kg/m2,
• medium soils (pH 5,1 - 5,5) dose 4-5 kg/m2,
• heavy soils (pH 5,6 - 6,0) dose 4,5-5,5 kg/m2.

Liming indicated:

• very light soils (pH 4,6 - 5,0) dose 1-2 kg/m2,
• light soils (pH 5,1 - 5,5) dose 1,5-2,5 kg/m2,
• medium soils (pH 5,6 - 6,0) dose 2-3 kg/m2,
