How to Use:

To begin thermal therapy (also known as continuous heat therapy) with the ThermaCare therapeutic wrap, follow these steps:

1. Open the protective pouch just before use. It may take up to 30 minutes for the ThermaCare wrap to reach therapeutic temperature.

2. Place the ThermaCare wrap on the painful area with the darker discs against your skin, then fasten the wrap around your neck.

3. The risk of skin burns increases with age. Individuals aged 55 or older should consider wearing the ThermaCare wrap over a layer of clothing so the wrap does not directly contact the skin.

4. Secure the wrap firmly. For maximum effectiveness, it is recommended to wear the ThermaCare therapeutic wrap for approximately 8 hours.
