If you like home baking, but do not want to waste time manually kneading and dirtying the countertop with flour – this machine will do it for you. The 7L model will work well in the family kitchen: you can prepare a larger portion of dough for bread, pizza or steamed rolls at once. The device mimics the movements of manual kneading, thanks to which the dough comes out smooth, elastic and “ductile” – ready for further processing.
A huge advantage is the thermostatic system 25 to 38°C, which allows fermentation to be carried out under controlled conditions. Thanks to this, the dough can grow faster and more evenly, without combining with heating the oven or putting a bowl next to the radiator. The built-in timer / microcomputer gives you the ability to set the process to save time and simply come back for the finished cake.
Inside you will find a bowl and kneading element made of 304 stainless steel, and the split design (separate motor module and bowl) makes it easy to wash. The upward-facing touch panel is convenient in a small kitchen, and the suction cups and stable base help keep the unit in place while you work. It is a practical helper for everyday baking and weekend baked goods.
➡ Instructions for use
- Set the device on a stable countertop and press down so that the suction cups catch the ground.
- Insert the bowl and attach the dough kneading element.
- Add ingredients to the bowl (use the hole in the lid if necessary to add during).
- On the touch panel, select the kneading time and start the work.
- If you want, turn on the fermentation and set the time and range 25 to 38°C.
- When finished, remove the dough, disconnect the bowl and wash the working elements.
Note: The device operates on 220V – do not use in humid environments and do not immerse the engine part in water.
