How to use a mercury-free thermometer?
Remove the thermometer from the package/etui. Before use, make sure that the metallic liquid bar in the capillary is below 36stC on the measuring scale. If not, the liquid should be shaken below this value. Wash and disinfect the thermometer. Place the thermometer at the measurement site so that the ab measuring tip directly touched the body. The measurement time should be about 5 minutes. Read the result from the measurement scale.
