Lilascale B8C_EA4560_300_M_ECO_CE variants 300 kg is the flagship model of the B8C family – it combines the platform (45 x 60 cm) with a weighing range of 300 kg. Designed for the most difficult industrial applications: weighing partial pallets, large tanks, barrels, beams and machine components in high storage warehouses, production plants and logistics centers. When other platform scales reach their range or size limit – this model works without compromise.

📐 2700 cm² AISI 304 stainless steel – 45 x 60 cm platform stabilizes long profiles, bales, industrial crates and irregular components. 304 steel withstands impact loads with dynamic loading and is resistant to corrosion, moisture and chemicals used in industry.

📡 RS232c as standard – data immediately to the system – RS232c interface sends weighing results directly to a computer, label printer or ERP system. With high throughput of the weighing station, the elimination of manual rewriting translates into real time savings and the elimination of recording errors.

🔋 Battery included – work at the ramp and in the field – built-in battery allows you to use the scale when unloading trucks, on the manoeuvring yard and anywhere without access to electricity. The AC adapter will replenish energy when the scale returns to a permanent position.

📟 B8C meter with easy-to-read LCD display – large, illuminated digits readable in any lighting. You can set the meter regardless of the platform – convenient reading without bending over a heavy and large load.

Functions in everyday work

Tara eliminates the weight of the packaging with one press – you put a container, barrel or chest, reset, weigh the goods themselves. Zero restores the pointer without removing the load from the platform. The LCD display with backlight is readable both in strong light of the production hall and in a dimly lit warehouse. Separation of the meter from the platform allows you to position the display in the most convenient place regardless of the position of the platform and the direction of loading heavy loads.

RS232c interface – what it is used for in practice

The RS232c port allows you to connect the scale to a PC, label printer, storage terminal or ERP system. The weighing results are sent automatically after each stable reading. Compatible with most storage systems receiving data over serial port, including Subiekt, Insert and proprietary systems based on RS232c protocol.

Important information about legalization

This scale does not have EC legalization and is not intended for retail sale by weight within the meaning of the Measurements Act. However, it works wherever legalization is not required: heavy industry, high storage warehouses, wholesalers, unloading ramps, supply control, inventory and weighing of large-size industrial components.

FAQ

Is this scale suitable for retail sales in the store? No – the B8C scale does not have EC legalization and is not allowed to trade settlements with the consumer within the meaning of the Measurements Act. For retail sale by weight, a scale with EC class III legalization is required – in our offer you will find LSW-D-06, LSW-D-15 and LSW-D-30 models with full legalization.

What exactly is included? Includes: Lilascale B8C platform scale with meter, 45 x 60 cm AISI 304 stainless steel platform, AC adapter and built-in battery. RS232c cable is not included – the port is available, the cable should be selected for your device (standard DB9).

What is the difference between this model and the B8C EA4560 150 kg? The only difference is the weighing range – this model supports loads up to 300 kg with a plot of 100 g, while the model 150 kg has a plot of 50 g. Platform 45 × 60 cm, meter and equipment are identical. Choose 150 kg when accuracy of 50 g is a priority, choose 300 kg when you regularly weigh loads over 150 kg.

How long does it last on the battery? With typical storage use, the scale works on a single charge for hours. The battery charges automatically when working on the AC adapter – just plug in the power supply at night.
