Intuitive Robot Programming

Advanced tools enable intuitive programming in a few steps, significantly reducing setup and startup time. Thanks to clear interfaces and ready-made templates, the operator with no coding experience can immediately start working.

Teaching the Trajectory of Arm

SmartTool+ is an optional module that enables intuitive teaching of the robot by physical arm guidance. The work handle equipped with five programmable buttons allows you to assign functions such as: point recording (PTP, LIN), IO triggering, program start/stop or ARC instruction support.

The operator guides the robot arm and records points and actions manually along the required trajectory. The finished cycle can be saved and started immediately or edited in the WebApp interface. The entire process significantly reduces setup time – especially during testing, POC and on-line modification stages.

Proven precision and flexibility

The FR10 robot has been tested by us with popular MIG/MAG sources (Kemppi, Fronius) and in laser welding. It provides high repeatability and precision of weld guidance (±0,05 mm) with full motion control in 3D space. Supports oblique and sloping trajectories, which allows you to work in hard-to-reach places and with details with complex geometry. Thanks to open communication it integrates with positioners, PLCs and sensors. We also offer flanges, handles and mounting systems, and we provide a free demonstration before purchasing.

Easy programming and time saving

The intuitive interface allows you to configure, add axes and monitor the robot’s work in real time. The system supports diagnostics, data analysis and optimization of collision-free traffic.
