MULTIFUNCTIONALITY

The device allows MIG/MAG welding with a maximum current of 330A at an efficiency of 60%. This ensures that you get a meltdown of ok. 9mm and welding materials up to 18mm thickness. The welder is powered by 400V which guarantees the stability of the source and high resistance to interference or voltage drops.

INTUITIVE OPERATION

Easy-to-use control with three dedicated knobs. Each is responsible for a different parameter and allows for precise setting of voltage, wire feed speed and inductance. In addition, from the control panel using dedicated buttons you can choose the welding method and the function 2T or 4T.

CHASSIS

Solidly made chassis allows you to mount a welding cylinder, without having to invest in a welding trolley. The chassis has durable wheels, including two front swivel wheels, which guarantee high mobility of the device and transport even on uneven ground.

LOW-COST EXPLOITATION

WELDMAN MEGA MIG 330 is a very cheap device in operation, thanks to the possibility of using a large spool with 15kg wire. The use of a spool eliminates, the risk of downtime due to changing the wire, and the wire itself is much cheaper to buy. The welder also allows the use of smaller spools with 5kg wire.

FLUX - arc welding with powder wire, not requiring the use of gas cylinders. We use self-shielding wire, which is filled with flux or a chemical that produces protective gases during welding.

LUTOSPELING - this is a process by which you can freely connect galvanized sheets, which are often used in car bodies. The main advantage of solder welding is the maintenance of a protective zinc coating at the solder-zinc interface.

OVERLOAD SWITCH - built-in protection against overheating of the device, prolonging its service life.

IGBT - modern IGBT transistors are used in the welding machine, the solution ensures lower electricity consumption, greater resistance to interference, voltage drops, but also trouble-free operation.
