it is a professional, technologically advanced semi-automatic welding machine designed for welding using the following methods:
➡ MIG/MAG:
Arc welding in gas shields (CO2 or Argon+CO2) is one of the most commonly used processes for the production of welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process involves melting the edges of the welded object and the welding material (welding wire on a roll) with an electric arc produced between the welding wire fed by the handle and the welded material.
Available Modes:
- MIG SYN - MIG/MAG welding with synergistic settings,
- MIG MAN - MIG-MAG welding in manual (traditional) mode,
- FLUX / FCAW - self-shielding wire welding. This is a similar welding process as MIG/MAG but does not require a gas cylinder. On the wire there is a thin layer of powder, which at the time of arc formation produces gas covering the working area.
➡ TIG AC/DC - Welding with a non-melting electrode in an inert gas shield with the possibility of determining the arc TIG HF and TIG LIFT with direct current (DC) and variable (AC).
Available Modes:
- TIG DC PULS - is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels, copper and titanium.
- TIG AC PULS - enables welding of aluminum and its alloys and brass.

The TIG DC, TIG DC PULS, TIG AC and TIG AC PULS function is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels, copper, titanium, aluminum and its alloys and brass. Welding is carried out in an inert gas shield.
By adjusting the parameters of pulse welding TIG PULS we have an impact on the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulse welding also reduces the amount of heat supplied to the material and is applicable when welding thin materials.
The welding machine is equipped with a professional TIG welding torch with remote adjustment in the handle!
✔ CHOICE OF AC WAVEFORM SHAPE: waveform adjustment allows for more precise impact on the weld (width, height, depth of melting):
- SQUARE - rectangular waveform of alternating current allows welding aluminum with the addition of magnesium,
- SINUS - sinusoidal waveform is recommended for welding pure aluminum 99,999%,
- TRIANGULAR - setting the triangular shape of the current wave is optimal for welding thin elements, including anodized aluminum.
✔ ADJUSTMENT AC balance, current and pulse frequency, pulse width and pulse current,
✔ REGULATION time of descent and increase of current.
✔ INDUCTANCE ADJUSTMENT - function is useful during welding using the MIG/MAG method of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and soldering galvanized elements. Changing the inductance value also reduces the amount of welding chips during CO2 shielded welding. Thanks to the inductance adjustment, the welding machine is suitable for lutowelding. Depending on the model of the welding machine, the adjustment is automatic or can be adjusted manually.
✔ MANUAL MODE - the ability to manually set the welding machine and make adjustments to synergistic settings (most synergistic welding machines currently available on the Polish market do not have a fully manual mode, and thus it is not possible to manually set the m.in wire feed speed, which is not always in synergy tailored to our needs).
✔ TIG AC/DC WELDING WITH PULSE - thanks to the regulation of pulsed welding parameters, we have an impact on the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulse welding also reduces the amount of heat supplied to the material and is applicable when welding very thin materials.
✔ SYNERGY (MIG/TIG) - is a very helpful feature available in professional welding equipment class PREMIUM. By setting the appropriate program or entering parameters, the device will independently select most welding settings, such as wire feed speed or appropriate voltage, according to the programmed data.
✔ SPOT WELDING - It consists in making small area of joining materials of small thickness. Most often, spot welding of sheet metal is carried out. This procedure is also referred to as one-sided welding.
✔ SOLDERING - is a method that resembles MIG/MAG welding to a fairly large extent, but the energy supplied in this case is much less. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material we work with.
✔ SPOOL GUN - SpoolGun welding torch with built-in wire feeder is used for MIG/MAG welding. It is mainly used in car workshops and in welding thin sheets.
✔ POST GAS - regulation of gas outflow time after welding arc extinction. This is a helpful feature to cover the welding lake. The lack of additional gas shielding may result in oxidation of the weld.
✔ PRE GAS - gas flow before arcing. Protects the lake from the harmful effects of atmospheric air. Regulation expressed in seconds.
✔ TWO-BAR 2T - pressing the button initiates gas outflow and welding current, releasing the button turns off welding current and gas outflow.
✔ FOUR-BAR 4T - pressing and releasing the handle button initiates gas outflow and welding current, re-pressing and releasing the button turns off the welding current and gas outflow.
✔ MEMORY CHANNELS - The device is equipped with 10 memory channels, which are a key tool for any professional, allowing for quick and efficient management of the welding process. Thanks to this feature, the welder has the ability to save and quickly recall the most commonly used machine settings, which significantly improves work and saves time when changing welding parameters between different projects or materials.
✔ SLOW FEED - adjustable wire access speed, allows stable glowing especially in cases of high wire feeding speed. It reduces the risk of welding defects at the beginning of the weld to a minimum.
✔ BURN BACK - It is possible to adjust the time for which the voltage at the output of the device still occurs after stopping the wire feeding. This feature prevents the welding wire from getting stuck in the welded material and prepares the end of the wire for the next arc. Higher function values cause the wire to burn closer to the current tip.
✔ INVERTER TECHNOLOGY IGBT - is a modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field transistors with high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has the effect of significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.
