The MAGNUM MIG 240 DUAL PULS SYNERGY welder is an easy-to-use migomat that allows smooth regulation of welding current. The device allows welding with a maximum current of 240A at an efficiency of 60% by MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG methods. It will allow you to combine low-alloy, non-alloy steels, as well as magnesium, aluminum, nickel, copper and their alloys. The device uses a large and easy-to-read LED display, which allows for precise positioning of the welding machine and easy control of parameters during the welding process. The welder has a built-in settings memory, so we can save them and return to them at any time. We have 36 memory channels available. It will be used in locksmith workshops, repair workshops of assembly works. Magnum MIG 240 DUAL PULS can also be used for thin sheet metal processing, especially in the automotive industry.

SPOT WELDING - point joining of elements: ordinary SPOT and cyclic CSPOT (we can adjust the break time from 0,1 to 25,5s between welds)

S-2T - two-bar operation mode with hot start, useful when welding materials that require preheating.

S-4T - four-bar operation mode with hot start, useful when welding materials that require preheating.

IGBT - The welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, allowing to increase the efficiency and reliability of the power source.

2T/4T - when the start button is pressed, the welding process is stopped after releasing the button - when the button is pressed and released for the first time, the welding process takes place at the second press, it is a more convenient solution for longer welds.

FULL SYNERGY - this is a modern electronic microprocessor control that automatically selects operating parameters depending on the wire diameter, type and thickness of the material.

FEEDER 4x4 - the power source has been equipped with a professional feeder 4x4. Such a feeder guarantees work without wire jams, even with a 5m handle!

CHASSIS - semi-automatic has solid wheels, including two front swivels, which guarantee high mobility and give the possibility of moving the welding machine on uneven ground. In addition, we gain a dedicated space for gas cylinders.
