The V-ARC 201 PRO + ACX inverter welder has been designed to perform MMA welding with a coated electrode with direct current (DC) and the TIG method with direct current (DC) with short-circuit arc ignition. It was created for welding with rutile and basic electrodes, for welding stainless steel and cast iron. The TIG LIFT DC option enables welding with a non-consumable electrode in an inert gas shield. Thanks to the electronic control, it is possible to smoothly adjust the welding current.

ANTI-STICK - allows the welder to easily separate (subtract) the electrode from the product, without the risk of eye injury. In the event of a short circuit (if any), after a short break, the welding current is automatically reduced. After the electrode is separated from the element, the source automatically restores its operation. It improves the efficiency of welding, the short circuit of the electrode is accompanied by its overheating, which may result in its damage.

IGBT - the welder uses modern transistors, a solution that ensures minimum electromagnetic interference, low power losses in the basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.

ARC FORCE - allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Reducing the value of the function gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of penetration, while increasing the value of the function causes deeper penetration and the possibility of welding with a short arc. When setting the highest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to push the electrode into the pool of molten metal and burn through the material.

HOT START - it is a temporary increase in the welding current in order to facilitate the ignition of the electric arc and the initial heating of the welded material.
