The IDEAL EXPERT TIG 200 DC welder is a professional device for TIG DC welding of steel, copper, stainless steel, acid and other weldable materials. High power 200A , guarantees penetration of approx. 5mm and gives us the ability to weld elements up to 10mm thick .

EASY OPERATION AND FULL CONTROL PANEL

The device has a clear and transparent " soft panel ", and parameter adjustments are made using a multifunctional knob and several buttons, which makes setting the welder very easy and intuitive. From the control panel, you can select the welding method and the 2T function (welding with the torch button pressed), or 4T used for longer welds (without having to hold the torch button). The arc is struck without contact by means of a built-in HF ionizer. In addition, the HF system improves welding stability and provides instant adjustment of the current to changes in parameters during welding.

WELDING WITH PULSE

The welder has TIG PULS pulse welding options. Welding with pulse significantly reduces overheating of the material, reduces spatter giving very precise penetration. Thanks to this function, the welder has greater control over the welding process, and the weld itself is narrower and nicer, and also allows the welding of thin elements . The arc is struck without touching using the built-in HF ionizer or in the LIFT touch mode.
